Fans of Canadian indie band The Autumn Stones will have been cheered by the recent news that recording for their third long player is due to commence imminently. In the meantime they would do well to investigate Loveproof, singer Ciaran Megahey’s side project with Brendan McGarvey.

Sister Moonlight is the lead track from Loveproof’s debut album Neon Blood vol.1 which was digitally released just before Christmas. A dark, brooding track which provides enough menace to threaten whilst simultaneously offering a hint of seduction, Sister Moonlight is the perfect entry into the duo’s mesmerising brand of indie electronica.

The album is available on their Bandcamp page for a very reasonable seven Canadian dollars.
