A new album is coming from Leeds punks Autobahn and by way of preview, they put out the title track which weighs in at a definitely un-punk six-and-a-quarter minutes.

That’s not necessarily a bad thing of course. And where they said that the debut LP Dissemble was them imagining what Martin Hannett would have done, this is very much Autobahn Unleashed.
The Moral Crossing – the track at least – is infinitely more post than punk and, lyrically, has hints of fellow Leeds outfit Sisters Of Mercy as it verges toward goth.
