London trio BRICKS (their capitalisation) return with a cathartic blast of noise.

The self-produced Between An Apology And An Observation came out last year and earned a cult following. The band explained to Clash that “After the completion of the first record, it was apparent that as a whole piece, the album, was conceived as a kind of exorcism of strong personal themes centred around the breakdown of relationships. NOT PROUD, is a natural resolve of those themes, focusing on strong friendship and the positivity around the support someone needs to get themselves back together again and to shout about just how important that is.”
Not Proud is the first track to emerge from the forthcoming follow-up.
