You don’t need an introduction by now.
The new LP is English Tapas and picks up exactly where Key Markets left off. The sound remains the same – stripped back beats from Andrew Fearn overlaid with Jason Williamson’s idiosyncratic vocals. What has changed is that they’re big news now. The songs touch on the familiar themes of austerity Britain and the shitpile it stands on the brink of becoming, but also Jason’s discomfort with fame and the hangers-on it brings with it.
